About Us
Share Foundation was established on August 13, 2002, through the efforts of the late Roberto Marano and Mr. Noel Hizon, in partnership with Samahang Nagkaisa para sa Palupa (SANAPA), a federation of 100 community-based organizations. These civic leaders collaborated with residents and other groups to build urban poor communities at the National Government Center East Side in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
Under the leadership of Mr. Noel Diaz Hizon, the current Executive Director and President, Share Foundation continues its advocacy for community mobilization through the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) – Pabahay Act, in collaboration with Social Housing Finance Corporation.
In 2020, Ms. Annaly Barite Calara, the Vice President of Share Foundation, led initiatives in Southern NCR and CALABARZON. She facilitated the formation of communities and provided training for 10,000 indigent families affected by government and private land issues. Today, these communities are actively engaged in the CMP – ABOT-KAYA PABAHAY FUND PROGRAM, supporting underprivileged Filipinos in securing affordable housing.
In 2024, Share Foundation expanded its reach globally with the establishment of Share Foundation International in the United States. This significant development was made possible through a strategic partnership with California Technological Care (CTC) and CTC Philippines. Share Foundation International now focuses on pioneering technology-driven programs that leverage Generative Artificial Intelligence. One of its key initiatives is the AI Home Economics program, aimed at transforming household economies in the Philippines. By integrating advanced AI technology, Share Foundation International seeks to empower families to achieve financial stability.
